SILCOTE-L40SR is a single component waterproofing and protective coating with excellent adhesion and water resistance.

It forms a polyurethane flexible, elastomeric seamless and non-permeable membrane, having more durable waterproofing and long lasting protection to surfaces like concrete, wood etc. It can absorb the possible shocks caused by the contraction and expansion of substrate surface.

It is supplied in a single grade to meet all site application methods and requirement. It has diverse viscosity range for roller, squeegee etc.
